“The best training week I’ve ever had.”

— Tim D., 3-time camper

Live like a pro for five days: eat, swim, bike, run, eat, rest, repeat and set yourself up for racing season success, with all the stresses of life removed.

Training for triathlon is hard, but what’s even harder than that is PLANNING for triathlon training.

Up early, off to the pool, take a shower, eat, head to work, run at lunch, shower, eat, work, head home, help with dinner and kids, get on bike, go to bed at 11, and…get up at 5 and do it all over again.

But for five beautiful days from May 29 - June 2nd, you won’t have to do any of that.

And your summer fitness will thank you for it. Camps allow you to fit in more training per unit time, because we remove the stresses of work and life, allowing your body to soak up a BIG week of training.

So come to camp—you’ll be surprised at what your body will do afterwards.

While the prospect of camp can be a bit intimidating, I have found my camp experiences to be some of my fondest memories in my journey as a triathlete. The coaches provide an opportunity to learn new things, improve my approach and technique, hear from amazing professionals and—most importantly— build a community with my fellow campers, many of which will be friends for life. You need camp!” — Tim D.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We adjust all workouts to your ability level, whether in the pool, out on the bike, or while running. BUT here are some good markers that will let you know if camp is right for you.

    You should be able to:

    • Ride your bike 30-40 miles w/out stopping for more than a minute

    • Swim 400y or meters non-stop at a hard effort for you

    • Run 60’ without stopping for more than a minute

  • All breakfasts and all dinners EXCEPT our dinner out—that meal is on you.

We are usually training in the middle of the day and so “lunch” is often training nutrition or recovery products, but we will also stock your lodging with food you like.

  • Our camps are different because we not only provide an incredible training stimulus, we do it matched to YOU and your current level. We feed you and house you, removing that stress. We really treat you like a pro, which is why this camp will get you MORE than another camp where fewer logistical details are handled for you.

  • You can always drop me an email here.

  • We get it! Things happen. That said, we need to make sure we have enough athletes to run camp. Here is our refund policy for all our camps:

    • 120+ days out: full refund

    • 90-120 days out: 70% refund

    • 30-90 days out: 50% refund

    • Less than 30 days out: no refunds

  • It’s awesome! I think the fact that we have so many repeat campers who cite not just the training but the whole experience speaks for how much thought we put into camp. When you work with us you should be blown away.
