Optimizing
Targeted diagnostics and analysis to sharpen any aspect of your training. Each service stands alone — or pairs with your coaching program.
Analysis
90-minute session that includes recording, video analysis and review together, 20-30' video shared with you after your analysis describing limiters and strengths, along with the drills necessary to address those limiters. We finish with a 20-30' stroke correction session where we aim to send you home having fixed your "one big thing."
Test
Pinpoint your true training zones with blood lactate testing on the bike, run, or swim. Know exactly where your thresholds sit. Too many athletes train too hard, and lactate testing helps you dial in the correct intensity for your training.
Content Test
Did you know that one person might lose 2 GRAMS of salt per liter of sweat lost, while another might only lose 800? Those individualized differences can sink you...if you don't know the sodium content of your sweat. Eliminate the guesswork from race-day hydration.
