ENDURANCE SPIN WINTER 2025
Most indoor cycling classes, to be perfectly frank, aren’t that great. Usually designed to be entertaining rather than productive, you can usually expect short intervals across the entire intensity spectrum: endurance, big gear, high cadence, tempo, sweet spot, vo2max, HIIT, SIT, all mixed together in a way that is intended to “make the time go by faster” rather than “optimize your physiology for the events you’re training for.” Remember what happened when you mixed all the finger paints together? It was fun, but you got brown. Brown isn’t great for a training program.
Our Winter Endurance Spin Series is different. Over two eight-week series throughout the colder months (at least in the Northern Hemisphere), we focus on improving and extending the intensities most likely to help you achieve your goals next season: the first series focuses on endurance, sweet spot, and threshold/FTP, and then after we have established a firm foundation in November and December, we shift to improving your vo2max in January and February, helping you start the year a much better cyclist than you did last season.
Individual classes are $30, and if you sign up for the whole series the price drops to $20 a session.

DO I NEED A SMART TRAINER AND ZWIFT?
No! They make things a little easier, but we get that the big draw here is the community. We chat and communicate via DISCORD, the amazing messaging app, so if you just wanted to ride your analog trainer and hang out with us, that works just fine, too.
DO I HAVE TO DO YOUR WORKOUT?
Nope! We have plenty of ways for you to get the workout, but if you just want to hang and talk, we get that that’s a big help. Training indoors in the winter when it is wet is much easier even if you’re just getting the gift of gab. We hang out on our Discord server and chat through the workout (when talking is possible, that is). Video is always optional, although your instructor will pop on and off video throughout the session.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It is FREE for Campfire athletes and team members, and for everyone else it is $30 a session, although the series pass gets you a much bigger discount.

If you DO use Zwift, in order to take advantage of all the cool features therein, you need to follow your instructor on that platform.
Open your Zwift Companion App
Click the “More” option (bottom right of the app)
Click “Find Zwifters”
Search for “C.Bagg (Campfire)” (you don’t need to include the quotes)
Add me to the Zwifters you follow (click the “+” icon next to my username)
Every week I will publish the downloadable workouts to our Discord Server in the #built-workouts channel. Here are the steps to moving those workouts from Discord to your Zwift account.
Download the workout from Discord
Move the downloaded .zwo file from your downloads folder to your Documents → Zwift → Workouts → <<Numeric Zwift ID>> folder. *Your numeric Zwift ID consists a string of digits. Learn how to find it here.
Launch Zwift
Click on “Workouts”
The session should be sitting there, waiting for you. You might need to look in the “custom workouts” folder, if present.
Before class, log onto Discord and come join us in the “endurance-spin-voice” channel. It’s down below the others and it looks like this:
That’s it! You’re all set. If you have any issues, go ahead and get in touch.
